There are below stages.
- Inquiry: Our Sales Team will contact you to understand your unique business requirements.
- Proposal: Once your requirements are understood sales team will get back to you with a unique proposal which includes solutions to your requirements, price per hour and hours that you can buy for a month.
- Registration: Once you approve the proposal you are required to register to our service.
- Finalizing an assistant: Our Sales Team with the help of Operations finalizes assistants who will be best match for your requirements.
- Interview: You can interview the finalized assistants before hiring them.
- Start Date: Once you select the assistant with you permission we will decide the start date and service begins.

You can purchase a block of hours every month based on your estimated usage. Hence you will receive an invoice at the end of every month.
For the joining month, you will be charged on pro-rata basis. That means if you opt for B-20 plan on 15th of any month, then for that month you will be charge only for 10 hours and you will also allotted 10 hours for the 1st month as half month has already passed.
If you wish to cancel / change your plan after the trial period, you need to give a notice of 30 days. However a notice period is not required during the trial period.
