No one knows what you want to do better than you. We can offer our opinion, but in the end, you know what you need best. The best way to choose a plan is to figure out, approximately, the number of hours of work you want us to do per week. Multiply that out by four or four and a half and you'll find which plan is best suited for you. If you have 2 hours of work a week, that adds up to about 10 hours a month.
That's the number of hours that will be charged to you even if you don't use them. For example, if you sign up for a B-20 and use only 12 hours, you will still be charged for all 20. If you use 23 hours, then the three extra hours will be charged at a higher rate.
Yes, you can definitely get more work done. However, you will be charged at the additional hourly rate applicable for that particular plan.
If you are on a Basic Plan those hours are lost. The Plus plans come with GetFriday's Roll-over Time (See Rollover FAQs below).
If you have requested for an urgent task to be carried out on a weekend, charges will be applied at 1.5 times the hourly rate applicable as per your membership plan. However, you will not be charged extra if your virtual assistant / team decide to complete your normal weekday tasks on weekends due to reasons internal to GetFriday.
Certainly! With a 30 days prior notice, you can upgrade or downgrade to any plan you want.
We want to provide flexible plans and services. However, in order to keep our pricing competitive, we need 30 days to reorganize our resources efficiently.
Business or personal - Your GetFriday Virtual PA will handle them all. None of our plans distinguish between the two.
Sure! This is possible, provided you authorize them to use your account. If we have a confirmation from your end authorizing the person to use your account for projects, then we will assist them with the required information. We can also add them as a contact (sub) on your account so that their emails and requests are taken care by your PA and does not get lost.
When you get a GetFriday virtual assistant, you get a "Jack of all trades". Someone who can do a wide range of work but doesn't have any highly specialized skills. If what your requirement needs these skills, then we have to organize a resource outside of our team structure. As with all specialization, the skills come at a premium. However, you can try and see if our team is capable of handling specialized work. Something that seems specialized to some people can actually be handled in-house by our team. So please check with us.
In addition to the primary plan structure that we have, these come with GetFriday Rollover Time. Your monthly usage is bound to vary even under normal circumstances, and Rollover Time helps you beat uneven work patterns, giving you greater flexibility. We call that a plus.
This is so that we can manage our resources. If we allowed unlimited rollovers, then your primary remote executive assistant might be overwhelmed if you decided to cash them all in at one shot. Also, if you really are losing out in terms of minutes lost, it might make more sense just to downgrade to a lower plan. As per our Good Customer Practices policy, in the event of a plan being under-utilized by a customer consistently we actively recommend such downgrades because we believe in long term gains from happy customers than short term gains from under usage.

Yes, you need to provide your credit card details during the sign up process because we work on a Pre-paid model. The invoice is generated at the start of every month and the card is charged accordingly.
You billing cycle would be from the 1st day of the month till the last day of the month. You will receive an invoice from the Billing team which is generated at the start of every month as per the allotted plan. Any extra/additional usage on a particular month will be added to the next month's invoice. Only for the first month (sign-up) and during the notice period (plan change) you will receive a prorated invoice based on the number of days the account is active and allotment of hours to the plan also happens accordingly.
We currently have only credit card payment option for monthly subscription plans. You can enter the card details during sign up. However, if you have only one task or project to be completed, we can send you a PayPal invoice through which you can pay in advance for your task based project.
As per our existing procedure, you will be assigned one assistant after sign up process. However if you need more than one assistant, we will customize our plans for you. Hence please do send an email to us at We will then touch base with you in this regard.
We do understand that the assistant needs to be trained on certain aspects / processes of your business. Hence we do not charge you for most of the cases. But if you wish to train the assistant for more than 1 hour, we will charge you accordingly.
Any plan change request (upgrade/downgrade/cancel) comes with a 30 day notice period. You can request for this plan change through the online portal or can drop an email to or and the request will be taken care of. Please use the registered email address as it would help us in identifying your account details with us. In case you are sending this request from a different email, then please do mention Your Name & Your Assistant's Name so that it helps in taking quicker actions.
Yes, as an alternate option you can simply take a photograph of the signed membership form and email the same to
We believe that it would be impossible to assess the effectiveness of any service in a very short duration of time. Hence we do not provide a free trial on our services right now. Although, you can purchase few block of hours as 'Ad hoc/ Task-based project plan' and check the service deliverables.
